DUMINDU KASTHURIARACHCHI

Dumindu Kasthuriarachchi is the Founder and Head Coach of Hybrid House, where he turns his lifelong passion for fitness into a mission to help others. With a background in sports science from Loughborough sports, Dumindu is also a triathlete and has trained with EXOS High-Performance, further honing his expertise in athletic feats. He has been lifting weights and playing multiple sports since childhood, and through years of experimenting with various training styles, he developed what he calls hybrid training a combination of strength, conditioning, and performance methods to reach the pinnacle of human performance.

BUDDHIKA DHARMASENA

Buddhika Dharmasena is the Lead Coach at Hybrid House, with over 25 years of experience shaping elite fitness outcomes. Known for his science-based approach, Buddhika dives deep into the mechanics of strength, conditioning, and performance. His focus on precision and the finer details ensures that each program is not only effective but sustainable. With a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise, Buddhika pushes clients to achieve peak performance while prioritizing injury prevention and long-term progress. VIPIN SHUKLA

Vipin Shukla, hailing from India, is a biomechanics and performance coach with extensive experience working with world-class athletes. Specializing in movement efficiency, injury prevention, and maximizing performance, Vipin has crafted training programs that help athletes reach their full potential. His approach focuses on applying biomechanics to improve strength and conditioning, making him a respected figure in elite sports training. Through his knowledge and dedication, Vipin continues to play a key role in enhancing athletic performance here at Hybrid House.
